平铺载荷下微波干燥室的反射特性

摘  要:
对均匀平铺的典型载荷条件下微波干燥室的反射特性进行了研究。干燥室的功率反射系数随微波干燥室内载荷情况的变化而变化。由于不同种类的物料的介电常数不同 ,使得干燥室在其他条件相同的情况下表现出不同的功率反射特性。蒸馏水载荷下干燥室的功率反射系数最小 ,糙米载荷下干燥室的功率反射系数略小于稻谷载荷下干燥室的功率反射系数。在均匀平铺载荷状态下 ,存在临界厚度 ,稻谷和糙米的临界厚度分别约为 2 0 mm和 17mm ,蒸馏水的临界厚度约为 7mm。

摘  要:
Power reflecting characteristic of a microwave drying chamber was investigated under the uniformly spread loading condition, i.e., with plane loads. According to the experimental data in this study, the power reflection coefficient decreased with the increase of the depth of the material being loaded. The power reflection coefficients of various materials were different since each material has its own dielectric characteristic. There is a critical thickness for materials being treated in the microwave drying chamber. For rough and brown rice layer, the critical thickness is about 20 mm and 17 mm respectively and for distilled water, it is about 7 mm.
