摘  要:
[目的]探讨鱼腥草中金丝桃苷的提取工艺。[方法]用正交试验设计法优化提取条件,用色谱法测定提取物中有效物质的含量,并计算出提取率。[结果]溶剂乙醇的浓度、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数等工艺条件对金丝桃苷浸膏的纯度和提取率有较大的影响,各因素对提取率影响大小的排序为:提取次数>提取温度>提取时间>提取液浓度。[结论]最佳提取条件为用80%乙醇溶液提取,同液质量比1:10,提取温度70℃,提取时间2h,重复提取3次。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the extraction process of Hyperoside from Houttuynia cordata.[Method] The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize extraction conditions,and chromatography method was used to determine the content of active substance in extracts,the extraction rate was calculated.[Result] The solvent concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature,extraction times have significant influences to the purity and extraction rate of Hyperoside.Effect of each factor in order was:extraction times > extraction temperature > extraction time > solvent concentration.[Conclusion] The optimum extraction conditions were:solvent concentration 80%,liquid mass ratio 1∶10,extraction temperature 70 ℃,extraction time 2 h,with 3 times repetition.
