了解游客对旅游景区的期望与需要,最大限度地满足他们各种要求,有利于景区吸引更多的回头客和新顾客扩大旅游地的影响力,促进旅游地科学发展。文章回顾总结了过往游客满意度研究文献,并根据分析结果为恐龙博物馆今后旅游发展提出相应的改善措施和建议。

摘  要:
The satisfaction degree of tourist directly affects tourism areas' marketing and further development.Acquiring the tourists' expectations and needs and furthest meeting their various requirements will help the tourism area attract more re-visiting customers and new customers,also it will help the tourism areas expand their influence and scientifically develop.The dissertation firstly reviews the forepassed research literature about the tourist satisfaction,and then presents concerned improving measures and suggestion for the further development of Zigong Dinosaur Museum according to the analyzed results.
