两种除草剂对加拿大一枝黄花的防除效果比较研究

摘  要：
鉴于对加拿大一枝黄花这一外来入侵物种危害性的了解,以及控制其扩展蔓延的困难。本文研究使它隆乳油2 g/L、Round-up 15mL/L、以及两者的混合液对开花期的加拿大一枝黄花的防除效果。结果表明:无论鲜重防效还是根系生理指标的测定,Round-up防除效果最好。药后20天,Round-up对地上部和根系鲜重防效分别达到49.18%和62.63%,而使它隆只有7.05%和30.18%。生理上,Round-up能明显抑制根系活力、过氧化物酶的活性、显著地降低可溶性糖的含量和提高丙二醛的含量。

摘  要：
In view of the dangers of invasive alien species the Solidago canadensis,it was hard to control the expansion of Solidago canadensis. Fluroxypyr oil 2g/L,Round up 15ml/L,and the mixture of both were sprayed on Solidago Canadensis L in booming to compare their protective effects.The results indicated that the effects of Round-up 15 ml /L was the best,from effects of fresh weight and physiological index.From effects of fresh weight 20 days after treatment,the effect of fresh weight of the up ground and the root was up to 49.18% and 62.63% by Round-up;while,Fluroxypyr was up to 7.05% and 30.18%.From physiological index,root vigor and the activity of peroxidase were inhibited evidently by Round-up,the content of soluble sugar reduced observably by Round up,the content of MDA increased remarkably by Round up.
