摘  要：
1-甲基-3,5-二氯-4-吡唑甲酸甲酯是合成磺酰脲类除草剂氯吡嘧磺隆的关键中间体。为了简化工艺条件,降低生产成本,报道了新的合成方法。以三氯乙腈和氰基乙酸甲酯为起始原料,常温反应得到中间体2-氰基-3-氨基-4,4,4-三氯-2-丁烯酸甲酯(I),然后将其与水合肼环化得到中间体3,5-二氨基-4-吡唑甲酸甲酯(II),再经重氮化氯化得到中间体3,5-二氯-4-吡唑甲酸甲酯(III),最后经硫酸二甲酯甲基化后得到目标化合物(IV)。以上缩合、环化、重氮化和甲基化的收率均在85%~90%之间。中间产物及目标产物的结构经过熔点、IR、HNMR和MS表征得以证实。在实验室小试的基础上进行了中试,目标产物的收率与小试结果一致。

摘  要：
1-Methyl-3,5-dichloro-4-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid is the key intermediate for preparing sulfonylurea herbicides-halosulfuron-methyl.In order to simplify technological conditions and reduce production costs,a new synthesis route was reported by us.Starting from trichloroacetonitrile and methyl cyanoacetate,2-cyano-3-amino-4,4,4-trichloro-2-methyl crotonate(I)was obtained.Then cyclization was realized by reaction of hydrazine hydrate and I, this step produce ethyl 3,5-diamino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate(II).After diazotization by HNO 2 /CuCl and methylation using methyl sulfate,the target compound(IV)was obtained.The yields of above steps were in the range of 85-90%.The intermediates I-IV were confirmed by IR,MS,H NMR.
