基于EnSight的滚筒烘丝过程可视化分析

摘  要:
由于无法直接观测滚筒烘丝中烟丝运动状态,因此使用EnSight方法将热风气体与烟丝颗粒进行可视化分析,对热风气体进行计算,得到进入滚筒的热风气体温度、速度、轨迹的运动规律,并与Fluent分析作对比,获得在热风作用下滚筒中运动的烟丝粒子运动轨迹和受热分析。结果表明,该耦合方法正确捕捉了热风作用下烟丝粒子在滚筒中的运动状态。

摘  要:
This paper studies the use of EnSight software to analyze the motion state of tobacco material in the roller.In order to improve the process quality of tobacco,it is necessary to control the movement of tobacco,to master the stability of hot air into the drum and the drying effect.Since it is impossible to observe directly,EnSight method is used to visualize the hot air gas and tobacco particles,calculate the hot air gas,get the temperature,velocity and trajectory of the hot air gas entering the cylinder,and get the trajectory and thermal analysis of the tobacco particles moving in the cylinder under the action of hot air.The results show that the coupling model correctly captures the motion state of tobacco particles in the cylinder under the action of hot air.
