毛酸浆果醇提物对大鼠的利尿和抗肾盂肾炎作用的研究

摘  要：
目的研究毛酸浆果醇提物(AEFPP)对大鼠的利尿作用和抗肾盂肾炎作用。方法对生理盐水负荷的正常大鼠灌胃给予AEFPP(0.60 g/kg、0.30 g/kg、0.15g/kg)以观察AEFPP对大鼠的利尿作用;另向大鼠膀胱内注入大肠埃希菌O111B4,建立急性肾盂肾炎模型,再灌胃给予AEFPP(0.60 g/kg、0.30g/kg)每日1次,连续给药8d。第8d给药1h后,抽取膀胱尿液,处死,取肾脏,称重。膀胱尿液及部分左肾组织匀浆作细菌学检查,部分左肾进行病理组织学检查。结果AEFPP(0.60g/kg、0.30g/kg、0.15g/kg)组排尿量增加,与生理盐水组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01);AEFPP组(0.30g/kg)大鼠尿液和肾匀浆的CFU值减少,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论AEFPP能显著增强肾脏的排尿功能,具有明显的利尿和较好的抗肾盂肾炎的作用。

摘  要：
Objective To investigate the effects of alcohol extractive of the fruit of Physalis pubescens L.(AEFPP) at different doses on diuresis and anti-inflammation activities in rats.Methods The water-loaded rats were ig.AEFPP(0.60g/kg,0.30g/kg,0.15g/kg),the pyelonephritis rats were ig.AEFPP(0.60 g/kg,0.30g/kg) once a day for 8 days.Results Three doses of AEFPP(0.60g/kg,0.30g/kg,0.15g/kg) could increase the urine volume output distinctively compared with model group(P<0.01);the CFU of urine and kidney homogenate of AEFPP(0.30g/kg) were lower than that of model group distinctively(P<0.01).Conclusion AEFPP appeared the diuretic effect on water-loaded rats,showed the therapy action on acute pyelonephritis rats.
