摘  要:
本文在就水产品加工企业HACCP体系的实施情况进行调查分析的基础上,认为HACCP体系中重要环节和大量工作是SSOP计划的执行,而促进HACCP体系有效实施的重要途径应是引入组织行为学的科学方法,尽快提高企业的管理水平和员工的职业素质。

摘  要:
An investigation and analysis on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) system implementation status in de aquatic products processing companies was done. We think that critical aspects and large portion of the job are the application of the SSOP plan. One of the important approaches to implement HACCP system effectively should be the implantation of the organizational behavior science in order to improve the company management as well as the professional consciousness of the employees.
