大鲵人工催产与孵化技术研究

摘  要:
对大鲵(Andrias davidianus)的人工催产和孵化技术进行了研究。结果表明,LRH-A2和HCG催产效果较好,经人为调控可使大鲵性腺成熟度状态良好;人工孵化时通过严格控制水温18~21℃、溶氧保持在5 mg/L以上、光照度300 lx以下,给予适当的流水刺激,孵化率可达76.4%。

摘  要:
The spawning and incubation technology of giant salamanders(Andrias davidianus) was studied.The results showed that LRH-A2 and HCG oxytocin were better spawning agents.By human control,gonad maturities of giant salamanders would be at ideal state.By controling water temperature at 18~21 ℃,dissolved oxygen higher than 5 mg/L,light intensity at 300 lx and water flow,the hatching rate could be up to 76.4% by artificial incubation.
