蛋白质工程在苏云金芽胞杆菌Cry毒素改良中的应用

摘  要:
Bt微生物制剂和转基因抗虫作物已经在全球范围内取得了巨大成功,但是Cry蛋白存在杀虫谱窄、毒力有限以及害虫对Bt毒素的抗性风险上升等诸多问题,将严重制约Bt在未来农业生产中进一步发挥巨大作用。利用理性设计、非理性设计等蛋白质工程技术对Bt Cry蛋白进行改造是解决这些问题的新途径。通过总结蛋白质工程在Cry毒素改良中的应用情况,分析了存在的问题,并对未来发展动向进行了展望。

摘  要:
Microbial pesticide of Bacillus thuringiensis and transgenic crops with cry genes have been proved a great success world widely,while the application of Bt in agricultural production in the future will be limited due to some flaws,such as narrow insecticidal spectrum of crystal proteins,low toxicity and insects resistant risk against Cry toxin.Protein engineering including rational designing and non-rational designing have been used to improve crystal proteins,aiming at solving the above mentioned problems.This paper summarized the progress made in application of protein engineering in Cry toxin improvement,analyzed the existing problems,and prospected the trend for future development.
