响应面法筛选毒氟磷微乳剂配方

摘  要:
[目的]运用响应面法筛选理化性质稳定的毒氟磷微乳剂最佳配方。[方法]绘制拟三元相图和分析电导率,初步确定O/W型毒氟磷微乳剂配方组成及含量;并参考农药微乳剂型稳定性指标对体系外观进行综合评分,以此为响应值建立响应面模型,筛选最佳稳定配方。[结果]配方为毒氟磷溶液10%、复配乳化剂21%、正丁醇23%、去离子水46%。[结论]用农药微乳剂型稳定性指标对体系外观的综合评分开展响应面试验筛选毒氟磷微乳剂最佳稳定配方可行。

摘  要:
[Aims] The formula of Dufulin microemulsion with stable physicochemical properties was studied by response surface method. [Methods] The component and content in the formula of O/W Dufulin microemulsion were determined by pseudo-ternary phase diagram and its electroconductibility. The most stable formula was screened by the response surface model in which the comprehensive scores of appearance on the stability of pesticide microemulsion was used as response values. [Results] The best formula was as follows: 10% of Dufulin solution, 21% of complex surfactant, 23% of n-butanol and 46% of deionized water. [Conclusions] The results showed that the response surface analysis is effective for the screening of formula of Dufulin microemulsion.
