明代合肥地区农业发展的举措与成就

摘  要：
元末农民战争和社会动荡,严重破坏了合肥地区的农业生产环境。在朱元璋控制合肥地区及建立明政权后,统治阶级中的有识之士及合肥地区的地方官十分重视恢复和发展当地的农业经济。为恢复和发展农业经济,明代合肥地方官府乃至中央政府实施了招徕逃亡、鼓励垦荒,减免租税、赈济灾荒,兴修水利、改善生产条件等一系列惠农利农举措,在农业方面取得了人口数量不断增长,耕地面积日渐增加,耕地类型日益丰富,粮食产量不断提高,粮食作物和经济作物广泛种植,作物品种日益丰富等发展成就。

摘  要：
Peasant war and social unrest did great damage to the agricultural production environment in the Hefei areas at the end of the Yuan Dynasty. Persons with breadth of vision among the ruling classes and the magistrates in the Hefei areas attached great importance to the recovery and development of the agricultural economy during the periods of Hefei areas controlled by Zhu Yuan-zhang and the whole Ming Dynasty. In order to recover and develop the agricultural economy, a series of agricultural development measures such as attracting the refugees, encouraging reclamation, remitting the land tax, relieving calamity, starting construction on irrigation works, improving production conditions were carried out by the Hefei local government and the central government during the Ming Dynasty. And a lot of agricultural achievements such as the population increasing,the area of cultivated land increasing, types of cultivated land becoming rich and colorful, the grain output rising, food crops and economic crops increasing, crop varieties becoming rich and colorful were made in the Hefei areas during the Ming Dynasty
