摘  要:
This article describes the history and development of steamed green tea "Sencha" in China and some literature and spread history in Japan on this topic. It generally describes about the processing and manufacturing of "Sencha". It narrates how this is turned into finest variety through proper production and trade practices,as well as it also briefs the processing technology being used currently at different locations. We predict this product will be further developed and give some advance on its development.
