高锰酸钾滴定测定乳钙方法的改进

摘  要：
对高锰酸钾滴定法测定乳钙的方法进行了改进；以４％草酸铵直接沉淀乳中钙，以稀氨水洗去多余的草酸铵，再加入０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ硫酸使草酸游离，然后以标准高锰酸钾液滴定草酸，间接求出钙含量。２０份乳样用改进的方法和国家标准方法测定结果之间无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．１）；改进方法的重复试验结果的Ｃ．Ｖ％为２．８８％，回收率为（９３．０６±４．８８）％。改进的方法省略了消化过程，使乳钙测定简便化。

摘  要：
The method of measuring milk Calium was improved with KMnO4 dripping.The milk Calium was sedimented directly with 4%(NH4)2C2O4,the surplus(NH4)2C2O4 was washed with low consistence NH3·H2O and 0.5mol/L H2SO4 was added so that the H2C2O4 was free.Then,the H2C2O4 was dripped with standard KMnO4 to measure indirectly milk Calium consistence.There was no marked defference between the improved and the standardized method in 20 samples (P>0.1).The results showed that the c.v of repeated trials was 2.88% and the recovery rate was 93.06±4.88% by improved method.It left out the process of digesting and simplified the method of measuring milk Calium.
