黑龙江省部分地区居民食盐摄入情况调查分析

摘  要:
使用2010年黑龙江省部分地区居民营养与健康状况调查调味品摄入量数据,对黑龙江省居民食盐的摄入情况进行分析得出,18岁及以上调查居民平均每人每日调味品钠盐摄入量为10.6 g,其中农村居民(10.8 g)高于城市居民(10.3 g)。有71.6%的居民食盐日摄入量超过《中国居民膳食指南》建议限量(6 g),其中城市和农村居民食盐日摄入量超过《指南》建议限量的百分比分别为75.5%和67.8%,应加强"减盐"工作的开展。

摘  要:
Data of parts of Heilongjiang Nutrition and Health Survey 2010 were used to analyze residents' sale consumption in parts of Heilongjiang province. Result showed that the daily amount of salt intake was 10. 6 g per person in adults. The daily salt intake amount was 10. 8 g for rural residents,which was higher than that( 10. 3 g) of their urban counterparts. Totally 71. 6% of the subjects consumed salt more than the suggested value limitation( 6g / d) of Dietary Guideline for Chinese Residents,75. 5% of the urban residents consumed more than 6g / d,while so did 67. 8% of rural residents. It is very important to strengthen the implementation of Salt Reducing Plan to prevent and control chronic diseases.
