锥形量热仪法在木材阻燃性能测试中的应用──FRW阻燃落叶松木材阻燃性能分析

摘  要:
采用锥形量热仪实验法。在50kW/m2的热辐射功率下.对不同的FRW质量分数阻燃剂对落叶松木材 进行阻燃处理和系统的阻燃性研究.结果表明:当FEW阻燃剂的质量分数为6.87%时,FRW阻燃落叶松木材的热 释放速率。总热释放量、烟比率、比消光面积、二氧化碳体积分数等燃烧参数均比未处理材降低 50%以上.并且、这 些燃烧参数随着FRW质量分数的升高而降低。因此.FRW阻燃处理显著地提高了落叶松木材的阻燃性和抑烟性。

摘  要:
A systematic study on the fire retardancy of the FRW fire retardant larch (Larix gmelini) wood was carried out by cone calorimeter under the heat reflux of 50 kW/m2. The results showed that tile higher the FRW retention of the FRW treated larch wood. tile lower of the combustion indexes. such as the heat release rate. the total heat release. the smoke ratio. the specific extinction area and the carbon dioxide concentration of the FRW treated wood. and the combustion indexes of the FRW treated wood were more than 50% lower than the value of the untreated wood when the FRW retention is.6. 87 %. The FRW treatment of larch wood has improved its fire retardancy and smoke inhibition considerably.
