摘  要:
该文采用近红外漫反射光谱法,对来自4个不同产地的96个干刺参样品,进行了产地鉴别分析。研究表明:在5000~4000cm-1波段,干海参样品具有丰富的光谱结构,且反映出了由于海参生长环境不同带来的差异性;对该波段的一次微分光谱数据进行主成分聚类(PCCA)计算,可成功实现对其产地的鉴定分析。该研究为动物性海洋食品的产地快速鉴别分析提供了新方法。

摘  要:
Near infrared spectroscopy(NIR) and principal components class analysis(PCCA) were performed on the classification of dried sea cucumber samples of the same species from four geographical areas.A set of 96 individual dried sea cucumbers(Apostichopus japonicus selenka) were analyzed and successfully differentiated into 4 classes according to the distribution of geographical areas.The result showed that the NIR spectrum(from 5 000 to 4 000 cm-1) indicated the main spectral characteristics of sea cucumbers which were affected by the different growing environmental factors.This study demonstrat that NIR is a convenient tool for fast differentiation of seafoods of animal origin from different geographical areas,such as dried sea cucumber products.
