甜菜碱的制备及其应用研究进展

摘  要:
甜菜碱的制备方法有两种:一是从甜菜制糖废蜜中提取分离制备;二是采用化学方法人工合成。甜菜碱是一种季铵型生物碱,广泛存在于动物、植物和微生物体内,是一种高效甲基供体,能调节动物体内渗透压、促进脂肪代谢和蛋白质合成。目前它在饲料添加剂、医药工业、农林业生产、食品添加剂、日化等领域都有十分广泛的应用。

摘  要:
The research progress about the preparation and application of betaine is reviewed.The preparation of betaine has two methods:first,the separate preparation was extracted from beet sugar process wastehoney;second,artificial synthesing is made by chemical method.Betaine is a Quarternary alkaloid,which is widely found in animals,plants and microbe.As a methyl donor,it can modulate metabolism in animal.At present,betaine has very wide range of applications in the feed additives and pharmaceutical industries,agricultural and forest production,food additives,daily chemicals and other fields.
