微波辐射法制备富马酸-丙烯酸共聚物及其助洗性能的研究

摘  要:
用微波辐射合成工艺代替了传统的溶液聚合法,制备了富马酸-丙烯酸共聚物(FAcoAA),研究了其助洗性能,并与微波辐射法所制备的马来酸酐-丙烯酸共聚物(FAcoAA)产品的助洗性能进行了比较.实验得出微波辐射合成FAcoAA的较佳条件为:富马酸(FA)与丙烯酸(AA)的质量比为m(FA):m(AA) =1:10,引发剂过硫酸钠的用量为单体总质量的6%,微波功率为600W,辐射时间为8min.

摘  要:
The fumaric-acrylic acid copolymer(FAcoAA) was synthesized by the microwave radiation instead of the traditional method of solution polymerization.The detergent properties were also studied,as well as compared with the maleic anhydride-acrylic copolymer(MAcoAA) synthesized via microwave-assisted method.The experiments showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: mass ratio of FA to AA is 1:10;the amount of sodium persulfate is 6% of the total monomers' mass;the microwave power is 600W and the radiation time is 8min.
