梅花鹿鹿茸的质量分析及开发利用

摘  要:
梅花鹿茸是我国传统名贵中药,使得在国内的中药材市场上伪劣品、混淆品越来越多。研究表明,粗蛋白、Ca、P、Na、Fe、Ba、Sr、谷氨酸及甘氨酸是鹿茸的特征成分,与鹿茸品质特征密切相关。完善鹿茸鉴定方法,建立综合评价鹿茸质量以及对梅花鹿鹿茸的开发与利用有着极其深远的意义。系统阐述了梅花鹿鹿茸的质量评价及开发利用,为梅花鹿鹿茸的进一步研究及应用提供借鉴。

摘  要:
Sika deer antlers is a traditional Chinese medicine.It is expensive and need more in the market,more and more fake and confused antlers are selling in Chinese herbal medicine market.The crude protein,Ca,P,Na,Fe,Ba,Sr,glutamic acid and glycine are the characteristic components of antlers in previous research,which are closely related to the quality characteristics of antlers.So the improvement of antler's identification method,the comprehensive evaluation of the quality and the research utilization of deer antler are very significant.This paper systematically expounds the quality evaluation,development and utilization of the deer antlers and provide reference for the further research and application of the deer antler.
