蛋黄油的超临界CO_2萃取及色谱分析

摘  要:
应用超临界CO2萃取技术,研究了蛋黄油的提取工艺。采用3因素3水平正交试验,考察了萃取压力、萃取温度、CO2流量对蛋黄油萃取率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度55℃,CO2流量10 kg·h-1,萃取时间4 h。按此工艺参数萃取率可达81.26%。气相色谱分析结果表明,蛋黄油总不饱和脂肪酸含量高达67.25%。

摘  要:
Supercritical fluid CO2 extraction was used to study the yolk oil extraction process.The influence of extraction pressure,extraction temperature,CO2 flow on the oil extraction rate of yolk was inspected by three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the best technical parameters were: extraction pressure 30 Mpa,extraction temperature 55℃,CO2 flow 10 kg.hr-1,extraction time 4 h.With this process parameters,the extraction rate of yolk oil was 81.26 percent.GC analysis results showed that the total yolk oil unsaturated fatty acid content was 67.25 percent.
