糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者营养风险及影响因素

摘  要:
目的:探讨与研究糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者营养风险一般情况和引起营养风险的相关因素。方法:选择糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死的患者作为研究对象,应用面对面调查和问卷调查分析患者一般营养状况和相关因素。结果:445例患者中存在营养风险者179例,占40.22%;对患者营养状况有影响的因素包括患者年龄、月收入、婚姻状况,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床引起糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死出现营养风险的常见因素包括年龄、经济收入、婚姻状况等,可通过营养风险筛查进行针对性干预,提升患者远期预后。

摘  要:
Objective To study and discuss the nutritional risk and influencing factors in diabetic patients with acute myocardial infarction. Method We chose the patients with acute myocardial infarction( AMI) and diabetes mellitus( DM) to be the subjects,and analyzed the general nutritional status and related factors by face to face investigation and questionnaire. Result There were 179 cases nutritional risk patients of the 445 cases,account for 40. 22%. The influencing factors of nutriture were ages,monthly income,marriage,which had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The common factors which can led to the nutritional risk in diabetic patients with acute myocardial infarction include ages,economic income and marriage,we can target intervention through nutritional risk screening to improve the patients' long-term prognosis.
