论跨文化视角下外宣材料的汉英翻译研究

摘  要:
宣传不仅承载着国家的文化形象,更对国家国际地位的提升有着重要作用。在宣传工作中,外宣翻译则发挥着极其重要的作用。然而,当下的外宣翻译实践中,由于欠缺与跨文化理论知识的结合,使得翻译效果和翻译质量达不到最佳的效果。这不仅使得外宣材料翻译的准确性大打折扣,更为国家的文化形象造成了不小的负面影响。本文从跨文化视角出发探讨当下外宣汉英翻译主要存在的问题以及相关的改进办法。

摘  要:
Propaganda not only carries the cultural image of a country,but also plays an important role in the promotion of a country's international status.In the propaganda work,publicity translation is very important.However,the current publicity translation practice,due to the lack of intercultural perspective,makes thetranslation effect and quality poor.This not only influences the accuracy of publicity materials translation,butalso brings negative impact on the cultural image of a country.This paper explores the major problems ofcurrent publicity Ch-En translation and further deals with related improvement measures from an intercultural perspective.
