青鱼不同组织中同工酶的表达模式

摘  要:
采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板状连续电泳的方法对青鱼(Mylopharyngodonpiceus)的脑、晶体、心脏、肾脏、肝脏、肌肉等六种组织进行了十种同工酶(α-AMY、EST、GOT、C6PDH、TDH、LDHMDH、ME、POX、SOD)的电泳研究,并对各种酶的同工酶位点表达及酶谱表型进行了分析。结果表明α-AMY、EST、TDH、LDH、MDH、ME、POX、SOD、C6PDH存在不同程度的组织特异性,COT无明显组织差异.并对同工酶的组织分布特异性的生理意义进行了讨论。

摘  要:
By using the vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, ten isozymes (α-AMY,EST GOT G6PDR IDH LDH, MDR ME POX, SOD) from six different adult tissues (brain , eye, heart, kidney, liver, muscle) of adult black carp (Mylopharyngodon piceus) were studied and the loci and phenotypes of the ten isozymes were analysed. The results showed that the α -AMY, EST, IDK LDH, MDR ME POX, SOD and G6PDH electroporesis pattern had a specific tissue distribution while the GOT had not. The physiological significance was disscussed in relation to the extersive tissue-specific distribution of the isozymes.
