微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中钴的研究

摘  要:
[目的]建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中钴的方法。[方法]采用王水和双氧水消解体系,微波消解法对土壤样品进行前处理,选择了试样酸度,优化了微波消解条件。[结果]电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法检出限为0.5 mg/kg,相对标准偏差小于9%,加标回收率为86.7%~107.9%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于大批量土壤样品中钴的分析。

摘  要:
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of cobalt in soil by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry.[Method]The sample was decomposed by aqua regia-hydrogen peroxide,and pretreated by microwave oven with the optimized digestion parameters.[Result] The detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation was less than 9% and the recovery was in the range of 86.7%-107.9%.[Conclusion] The method provides the advantages of simple operation,high efficiency and accuracy,and it is suitable for the determination of cobalt in soil samples.
