氟吗啉Z、E异构体不同pH值水中平衡溶解度的测定

摘  要:
[目的]测定氟吗啉Z、E异构体在不同pH值(3.0~9.0)水中平衡溶解度。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了氟吗啉Z、E异构体水中的质量浓度。[结果]20℃氟吗啉Z异构体在pH值3.0水中的溶解度为95 mg/L,在pH值5.0~9.0水中的溶解度为59~68 mg/L;氟吗啉E异构体在pH值3.0~9.0水中的溶解度为114~121 mg/L。[结论]氟吗啉Z异构体在酸性水中的溶解度较大,氟吗啉E异构体水溶解度受pH值影响不大。

摘  要:
The equilibrium solubility of flumorph(Z/E isomer) in water of different pH was detected.[Methods] A RP-HPLC method was established and used to detect the concentration of flumorph(Z/E isomer) in water.[Results] The equilibrium solubility of flumorph Z-isomer in water of pH as 3.0 was 95 mg/L at 20 °C,and 59-68 mg/L in water of pH from 5.0 to 9.0.The equilibrium solubility of flumorph E-isomer in water of pH from 3.0 to 9.0 was 114-121 mg/L at 20 °C.[Conclusions] The equilibrium solubility of flumorph Z-isomer was higher in acidic water,and that of flumorph E-isomer was not affected intensely by pH of water.
