高酰基结冷胶工艺研究

摘  要:
以发酵液絮凝pH值、醇洗脱色pH值、干燥温度为因素,选用L9(34)正交试验,通过对产品的主要性能检测及正交分析,研究高酰基结冷胶生产工艺,得出最佳工艺参数。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:絮凝pH值1.0,脱色pH值7.0,干燥温度85益。该生产工艺可为高酰基结冷胶生产及检测提供参考。

摘  要:
Taking fermented liquid flocculation pH value,alcohol wash decolor pH value,drying temperature for factors,L9(34)orthogonal test was employed,through detection and orthogonal analysis on the main performance of the products,optimal processing parameters were obtained.The results showed thatoptimum technology parameters wereflocculation pH value 1.0,decoloring pH value 7.0,drying temperature 85℃. and it could provide the reference for high acyl gellan gum production and test.
