星点设计-效应面优化牛大力多糖提取工艺

摘  要:
利用星点设计-效应面法对牛大力多糖的提取工艺进行优化。以提取温度、提取时间和料液比为自变量,多糖提取率为因变量,通过对自变量各水平的多元线性回归及二项式拟合,用星点设计-效应面法选取最佳工艺。试验结果表明最佳工艺条件为89.3℃,料液比1∶32(g/m L),提取106 min,在此条件下测得多糖含量为558.5 mg/g,与预测值554.6 mg/g较接近。

摘  要:
The extraction technology o f polysaccharides in Millettia speciosa Champ.was optimized to improve its therapeutic efficacies. Central composite design and response surface methodology were used to optimize the process of extraction The independent variables were extraction temperature,reflux time and liquid-to-solid ratio. The dependent variable was the extraction rate of polysaccharides in Millettia speciosa Champ. Nonlinear mathematic models were used to estimate the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results showed that the optimal technological parameters were extraction temperature of 89.3 ℃,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 ∶32 and reflux time of 106 min. Under these conditions, the center of polysaccharides was 558.5 mg/g, near to the prediction value(554.6 mg/g).
