薯蓣皂苷元对HL-60细胞增殖及细胞周期的影响

摘  要：
采用XTT比色法和流式细胞仪技术观察薯蓣皂苷元(Diosgenin,Dio)对人急性髓性白血病细胞株HL-60的增殖抑制作用以及细胞周期变化。结果表明:XTT法检测其24h的半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))为7.36mg/L;流式细胞仪检测Dio作用24h后,G_0/G_1期细胞增多,S期细胞减少,凋亡细胞增多。Dio可明显抑制HL-60细胞的增殖。

摘  要：
The effect of diosgenin on cell diversion and cell cycle of human promyelocytic leukemia cell line HL-60 was determined by XTT assay and flow cytometer. The results showed that the IC_(50) was 7.36 mg/L after being incubated with diosgenin for 24h. The exposure of cells to diosgenin resulted in an increase of G_0/G_1-phase cells, a decrease of S-phase cells, and an increase of apoptotic cells. Diosgenin has an obvious inhibitory effect on cell proliferation.
