分析了原子吸收分光光度法测定动物尿液中铜锌过程中,由于样品的特性、消化试剂、消化方法、方法的适用性等因素对测定结果的影响,并对解决不确定的因素提出建议措施,为原子吸收分光光度法测定动物尿液中铜锌以及其它微量元素提供经验基础。

摘  要:
This paper analyzed the uncertain factors in determining copper and zinc in animal urine by flame atom absorption spectrometry,including sample character,treatment reagent,treatment method and applicability of the method.Some proposals and measures were provided for the solving of above uncertain factors in the determination of copper and zinc in animal urine by using flame atom absorption spectrometry.
