乳链菌肽发酵玉米浆-糖蜜培养基的优化制备

摘  要:
采用单因素试验方法对影响乳链菌肽效价的培养基组分进行了考察。结果表明,影响乳链菌肽效价的主要因素为糖蜜、玉米浆、K2HPO4、MgSO4。在此基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计及响应面分析法确定主要影响因子的最佳质量浓度。结果表明,当玉米浆质量浓度为233 g/L,糖蜜质量浓度为27 g/L,K2HPO4质量浓度为5.0 g/L,MgSO4质量浓度为0.1 g/L时,乳链菌肽效价为2491.8 IU/mL,与预测值2511.1 IU/mL基本一致。

摘  要:
This work reviewed fermentation medium culture of nisin by single factor experiment.The results indicate that nisin activity was mainly influenced of molasses,corn steep liquor,K2HPO4 and MgSO4.Box-Behnken design and response surface analysis methods were applied to confirm optimum concentration of mainly effect factor.The results show that the optimum medium culture was corn steep liquor 233 g/L,molasses 27 g/L,K2HPO4 5 g/L,MgSO4 0.1 g/L.Under those conditions,nisin activity is 2 491.8 IU/mL,which is in consistent with predicted value 2 511.1 IU/mL.
