印度南瓜(Cucurbita maxima Duch.)核不育系‘Se_MA1802’的特性

摘  要:
植物核雄性不育现象在自然界中广泛存在,隐性核不育具有不育系和保持系植株,因而具有重要的雄性不育育种应用和杂交种子生产研究与利用价值。利用自主诱变并选择的具有核雄性不育特性的‘Se_MA1802’印度南瓜材料,对其雄性不育特征及遗传规律进行研究,结果表明,印度南瓜‘Se_MA1802’不育系为单基因控制的可稳定遗传的隐性核不育,后代遗传性状稳定,与系内可育株对比,花器略小、平均单果质量减轻、平均单果种子数目减少,无其他不良性状相连锁,同2个恢复系配组F_1表现出100%雄性可育,具有较重要的开发利用前景。

摘  要:
Plant genetic male sterility(GMS)widely exists in nature. Recessive GMS has sterile lines and maintainer lines, so it has important application value in breeding and hybrid seed production research and utilization. In this study,the male sterility characteristics and hereditary law of pumpkin GMS line of ‘Se_MA1802’were studied. The results showed that the GMS line‘Se_MA1802’was a recessive male sterility controlled by a single gene, and the hereditary characters of its offspring were stable. Compared with the fertile plants in the line, the floral organ was slightly smaller,the number of seeds decreased and the average single fruit weight was reduced, no link to other bad traits, The F_1 plants from cross of two restorer lines showed 100% male fertility, so the GMS‘ Se_MA1802 ’lines showed important development and utilization prospects.
