苗期CO_2加富对设施甜瓜生长发育特性的影响

摘  要:
以甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)幼苗为试材,研究了不同浓度CO2对其生长发育、产量与品质的影响。结果表明:CO2加富(700μL/L(处理Ⅰ)、900μL/L(处理Ⅱ)、1 100μL/L(处理Ⅲ)、1 300μL/L(处理Ⅳ))增加了幼苗干重,利于培育壮苗。与对照干物重(0.87g)相比,甜瓜幼苗CO2加富30d后,处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ全株干物重分别达到1.12、1.29、1.59、1.65g;壮苗指数分别为0.211、0.235、0.281、0.293。CO2加富提高了甜瓜产量和果实含糖量,增加了糖酸比,产量增幅达36.37%~83.12%。

摘  要:
Taking seedling of Cucumis melo L.as material,effects of CO2 enrichment on growth and development properties of melon in greenhouse were studied.The results showed that different concentrations of CO2 enrichment(700μL/L(TⅠ),900μL/L(TⅡ),1 100μL/L(TⅢ),1 300μL/L(TⅣ))increased dry weight in comparison with ambient CO2concentration(control).After CO2 enrichment for 30 days,total dry weight reached to 1.12g(700μL/L),1.29g(900μL/L),1.59g(1 100μL/L)and 1.65g(1 300μL/L),respectively comparing with control(0.87g);and vigorous seedling index were 0.211,0.235,0.281,0.293,respectively.CO2 enrichment increased yield by 36.37%-83.12%,increased sugar content of fruit and sugar/acid ratio.
