杂合二倍体马铃薯RH再生体系的初步研究

摘  要:
以杂合二倍体马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)RH89-039-16(RH)无菌植株为材料,利用控制变量法对植物生长素和细胞分裂素浓度进行筛选以获得再生体系所需激素配比。结果表明,叶片愈伤组织诱导的培养基激素浓度配比为ZT 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L;茎段愈伤组织诱导的培养基激素浓度配为比ZT0.5 mg/L+IAA 2.5 mg/L;愈伤组织分化不定芽的培养基激素浓度配比为ZT 2.0 mg/L+GA310 mg/L。

摘  要:
the heterozygous diploid potato(Solanum tuberosum)RH89-039-16(RH) was used as material, the control variable method was used to screen the concentration of auxin and the concentration of the plant to obtain the hormone proportion of the regeneration system. The results showed that the leaf callus induction medium hormone concentration was ZT 1.0 mg / L +NAA 1.0 mg / L,stems callus induction medium hormone concentration was ZT 0.5 mg / L + IAA 2.5 mg / L. And the adventitious buds callus culture hormone concentration was ZT 2.0 mg / L + GA310 mg / L.
