半消化-悬浮液原子吸收法测定蘑菇中的微量元素

摘  要:
研究了非完全湿消化法与悬浮液进样技术相结合处理样品,原子吸收法测定蘑菇中的微量元素。测定结果与湿消化法一致,2种方法的RSD值≤5.0%,F检验表明无显著性差异。说明用非完全湿消化-悬浮液进样法取代湿消化法进行样品前处理,以原子吸收光谱法测定蘑菇中的微量元素是可行的,简便、快速、准确。

摘  要:
A comparison of the determination of microelements in mushroom by wet digestion and a combination of incomplete wet digestion and suspension sampling and atomic absorption spectrophotometry was conducted.The working curve method was used in the combo determination.RSD of the two methods were both less than 5.0%,and no difference was found by F-text.The combo determination method is convenient,rapid and accurate.Displacement of digestion by the incomplete digestion and suspension sampling for the pretreatment of samples and the determination of microelements in mushroom by atomic absorption spectrometry are feasible.
