抵抗素引起胰岛素抵抗机制的研究进展

摘  要:
抵抗素是存在于血浆中的富含半胱氨酸的分泌性蛋白,其分子内二硫键的形成对于维系它的空间构象及生物活性非常重要。许多报道认为抵抗素可以引起胰岛素抵抗,它的发现为与胰岛素抵抗相关的疾病肥胖和2型糖尿病提供了一个新的研究方向,但其引起胰岛素抵抗的机制至今不是很明确。文章介绍了抵抗素的结构特点及其引起胰岛素抵抗的机制。

摘  要:
Resistin,a plasma protein,belongs to a family of cysteine-rich secretory proteins.the formation of intramolecular disulfide bond is very important to its space-conformation and biological activity.Many recent studies have reported physiological roles for resistin in insulin resistance,its discovery provides a new study direction for the obesity with type 2 diabetes that links insulin resistance,but its mechanism how to induce insulin resistance remains uncertain.This papper introduced the construction features of resistin, and then showed study advancement on the mechanism how resistin induced insulin resistance.
