摘  要：
寄生植物和寄主是研究水平基因转移的理想体系。研究以肉苁蓉及其寄主梭梭为材料,探究了应用AFLP-PCR方法检测植物间水平基因转移现象的可行性,最终筛选获得100余条大小相似的序列片段。从理论和技术层面确定了AFLP-PCR方法可用于植物间水平基因转移现象的检测,为开展相关研究奠定了基础。

摘  要：
Parasitic plants and their hosts are ideal for horizontal gene transfer study. The feasibility of AFLP-PCR method in detecting horizontal gene transfer, with Cistanche deserticola and its host Haloxylon ammodendron as experiment samples, was studied. More than 100 fragments of similar size were finally screened. The study proved that AFLP-PCR method could be used for horizontal gene transfer detection between plants from both theoretical and technical aspects, and it laid the foundation for related research.
