摘  要:
以马铃薯生产淀粉产生废弃物为发酵培养基,选用酿酒酵母(Saccharomy cescerevisiae)与产朊假丝酵母(Candida utilis)为原始菌株,经紫外诱变后,筛选出两株蛋白产量显著提高并遗传稳定的突变株:S57和U112,蛋白产量均为8.43 g·L-1。将两种菌种混合比例设定为1??1,按照1%(V/V)进行接种,在葡萄糖浓度为35 g·L-1培养基中对两株菌种进行共培养,利用响应面分析法对其发酵产蛋白能力进行优化,研究p H、温度及转速。对结果进行分析,确定在培养基初始p H 7.7,培养温度为27.7℃且转速为187 r·min-1时,蛋白产量达到理论最大值,为9.02 g·L-1。验证试验显示,蛋白产量达到(9.19±0.05)g·L-1,证明模型可信,COD去除率达到80%。

摘  要:
Using the potato starch waste as fermentation medium to product single-cell protein(SCP)by microorganisms. This study aimed to strengthen conversion of potato starch processing waste into singlecell as high- quality feed. The mutant strains S57 and U112(from Saccharomy cescerevisiae and Candida utilis respectively) were selected after UV irradiation for more SCP production, SCP yield of 8.43 g· L- 1,both. Use the inoculum concentration of 1% and inoculum rate of 1:1 between two kinds of Saccharomyces,glucose concentration of 35 g· L-1to do the fermentation, by using response surface analysis, the optimizedfermentation conditions were temperature of 27.7 3, speed of 187 r· min- 1, p H 7.7, and the highest SCP yield was 9.02 g · L- 1the oretically. The test results were SCP yield of(9.19 ± 0.05) g · L- 1and COD removal rate of 80%.
