秀珍菇优质高产栽培配方优化

摘  要：
以菌丝生长速度、生物学效率等为考察指标,筛选优质高产的秀珍菇栽培配方,并以此为基础进行培养料含水量及酸碱度等参数的优化。结果表明:配方C (棉籽壳40%、木屑30%、麦麸10%、玉米粉9%、豆粕9%、石膏1%、石灰1%)为最佳栽培配方,最适含水量为62%,石灰最佳添加量为2%。

摘  要：
The Pleurotus geesteranus strains were screened based on the mycelial growth rate and biological efficiency to obtain high-quality and high-yield culture material formula.And the water content and p H of the culture material are optimized based on this. The results showed that the best formula was formula C(40% cotton seed hull, 30% sal dust, 10% wheat bran, 9% corn flour, 9% soybean meal,1% lime, 1% gypsum). The optimum water content and lime of culture material were 62% and 2%.
