一株降解纤维素真菌的筛选和鉴定

摘  要:
本试验从肥沃的土壤中分离到一株降解纤维素的真菌,编号为F18。并对菌株的培养特征、形态特征以及ITS序列分析,结果表明,属于黑曲霉,该菌株对纤维素有较好的降解效果,并且在多种培养基上生长速度较快并且长势很旺盛。

摘  要:
A kind of nutrition for Tremella fuciformis was developed to resolve the problems,including in large use of strains,disproportion of T.fuciformis and Hypoxylon,and slow growth of mycelium after inoculation during the wooden cultivation.Comparion experiment of nutritive and non-nutrition treatment of T.fuciformis were conducted based on different mode in the wooden cultivation.The results showed that the nutrition obviously improved the yields of T.fuciformis in wooden cultivation.
