红甜菜鲜汁抗疲劳作用的实验研究

摘  要:
目的:研究红甜菜鲜汁对小鼠的抗疲劳作用,为抗疲劳饮品提供实验依据。方法:随机将健康雄性小鼠分为4组,分别为红甜菜鲜汁高剂量组(16mL/(kg.d))、中剂量组(8mL/(kg.d))、低剂量组(4mL/(kg.d))和蒸馏水空白对照组,连续灌胃给药30d后,测定小鼠负重的游泳时间、血清尿素氮、血乳酸、肝糖原含量等指标的变化。结果:红甜菜鲜汁能增强小鼠负重游泳耐力,降低血清尿素氮、血乳酸含量,提高肝糖原含量。结论:红甜菜鲜汁对小鼠有一定的抗疲劳作用,且高剂量组效果最显著。

摘  要:
Objective:To investigate the anti-fatigue effect of red beet(Beta vulgaris var.rubra) juice in mice so as to provide an experimental basis for the development of anti-fatigue health beverages based on the material.Methods:Healthy male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups including high-,middle-and low-dose groups(treated with red beet juice at dose of 16,8,4 mL/(kg·d)) and control group(treated with distilled water).All the four groups were treated by gavage for continuously 30 days and tested for their weight-loaded swimming times as well as blood urea nitrogen,blood lactic acid and hepatic glycogen levels.Results:Red beet juice significantly prolonged the exhaustive swimming time of mice,decreased the contents of both blood urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid and increased the content of hepatic glycogen.Conclusion:Red beet juice has anti-fatigue effect in mice in a dose-dependent manner.
