甜菜品系一般配合力测验种红甜菜的选育

摘  要：
利用红甜菜的显性红色因子作标记,在测交F1代幼苗期只选留红苗,可准确测定品系的一般配合力。本研究利用国外引入的红甜菜测验种“红引亲”与国内几个已知配合力和综合经济性状较好的二倍体品系进行杂交、回交,并结合南繁北育、病地选择、测交鉴定等方法,筛选出4个红甜菜品系,其红色基因遗传稳定,根产量和含糖率及抗病性等性状均达到共同测验种条件,从四倍体和不育系的测交结果看,红201和红217的配合力好于红202和红引亲,表明前二者作为甜菜品系一般配合力测定的共同测验种更为合适。

摘  要：
Red beet seedlings selected in F 1 yong seedling stage for test cross,GCA could be accurately determined which marked with the red gene of redbeet,foreign redbeet tester introduced and call"Red Introducing Parents",crossed,backcrossed with home best diploid which GCA and economic character known,and combined with propagating in southern part of China,breeding in northern part of China,selected in disease fields,testcross and identified.Four red beets(lines)screened which hereditary stability of red gene,root yield,sugar content and disease resistance could reach the conditions of common tester.The results testcross from tetraploid and sterile have shown GCA of red201and red217are better than red202and red introducing parents,red201and red217could be the common testers for GCA.
