三种小麦蛋白质测定方法的比较

摘  要:
为比较不同小麦蛋白质测定方法,总结各方法的特点和适用条件,该试验用凯氏定氮法、近红外透射光谱分析法和考马斯亮蓝染色法分别对14个小麦品种进行蛋白质含量的测定。结果显示,三种方法都能测定出各材料的蛋白质含量,在95%置信区间,凯氏定氮法和近红外透射光谱分析法测定值与常年平均值之间存在线性关系,三者测定结果之间没有显著差异。

摘  要:
The three kinds of protein measurements,including methods of Kjeldahl,near infrared transmittance spectroscopy(NITS) and Coomassie brilliant blue staining,were used to determine the content of protein in 14 kinds of wheat comparatively.The results showed that all the methods were feasible,and the relationship between the average annual values and the results from Kjeldahl and near infrared spectroscopy method in the 95% confidence interval was linear.No significant difference among the results from the three methods was observed.
