RP-HPLC法测定秦艽不同器官中獐牙菜苦苷含量的研究

摘  要:
[目的]建立秦艽不同器官中獐牙菜苦苷含量测定的RP-HPLC方法。[方法]定量分析秦艽不同器官中獐牙菜苦苷含量。[结果]獐牙菜苦苷在0.20~1.8μg范围内成良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.6%(RSD=1.32%)。麻花秦艽叶中獐牙菜苦苷的含量最高,茎中含量最低。[结论]该研究可为秦艽药材的合理开发利用提供依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] A method was established for the determination of swertiamarin in different organs of Gentiana straminea Maxim.[Method] The contents of swertiamarin in different organs of Gentiana straminea Maxim were detected.[Result] The linear range was 0.20-1.8 μg(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 98.6%(RSD=1.32%).The content of swertiamarin in leaf was the highest,while that in stem was the lowest.[Conclusion] The research provided basis for reasonable development of Gentiana straminea Maxim.
