近期国内外食糖产业形势分析与展望

摘  要：
2017/18榨季,国内食糖实现恢复性增长,但仍产不足需,需通过进口调剂实现供需平衡;国际方面,食糖产量较上榨季增幅较大,供需严重过剩态势明显。预计, 2018/19榨季国内食糖供需缺口不断缩小,并趋于平衡。当前国内食糖产业面临内外价格倒挂、走私猖獗、机械化水平不高、替代产品挤占市场份额等问题,需加强顶层设计,多措并举,促进食糖产业健康、持续发展。

摘  要：
In 2017/18 crushing season, the domestic sugar industry has achieved a restorative growth, but the production was still insufficient and the demand needed to be balanced by import adjustments.Internationally, sugar production increased more than that in the last crushing season, and there was a serious oversupply. It is expected that the gap between domestic sugar supply and demand will continue to narrow and tend to balance in the 2018/19 crushing season. At present, the sugar industry in China is facing some problems such as upside-down price, rampant smuggling, low mechanization level, substitute products occupying the market share of sugar and so on. It is necessary to strengthen top-level design and take various measures simultaneously for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of domestic sugar industry.
