食药用菌多糖结构解析中的核磁共振技术

摘  要:
核磁共振(Nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)技术的发展,特别是高场核磁共振技术和脉冲-傅立叶核磁共振(Pulse and Fourier Transform nuclear magnetic resonance,FPT-NMR)技术的出现,为核磁共振技术在多糖结构解析中的应用提供了广阔的前景。本文较详细地综述了核磁共振常用脉冲及新脉冲序列在多糖结构解析中的应用,并探讨了核磁共振模拟测序软件在多糖结构解析中的应用前景。

摘  要:
The development of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technology,especially the emergence of two-dimensional NMR(2D NMR)and Pulse and Fourier Transform nuclear magnetic resonance(FT-NMR),has led to major progress in the structural analysis of polysaccharides.In this paper,a range of NMR techniques,including 1H NMR、13C NMR、COSY、 TOCSY、NOESY(ROESY)、HMBC and HMQC,are explained.More recent developments such as pulse-sequence of NMR and polysaccharide stimulating and sequencing program are also introduced.
