随着科学技术的飞跃发展和多学科的相互渗透,生物技术应运而生,并在各个领域不断深入发展。本文从原生质体再生、诱变、融合和单核化等几个方面综述了原生质体技术在食用菌领域的研究概况。

摘  要:
With the rapid development of science and technology, and the interaction of multi-branches the biotechnology arose at the historic moment and developed continuously in depth at various fields. The application of protoplast generation, protoplast-induced mutation, protoplast fusion and protoplast monokaryon technique in genetic breeding of edible was summarized in this paper.
