日粮中添加溪黄草对三黄肉仔鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响

摘  要:
试验选用1日龄三黄肉仔鸡210只随机分为7组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只,研究溪黄草对三黄肉仔鸡生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.2%恩诺沙星粉末和1%双黄连粉末,Ⅳ~Ⅶ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1%、2%和4%溪黄草,进行为期49 d的饲养试验,测定肉仔鸡的生长性能和血液生化指标。结果表明,日粮中添加2%溪黄草可使4周龄以后三黄肉仔鸡平均日增重比空白对照组显著提高13.1%~22.7%,料重比比空白对照组降低8.1%~14.2%,其效果优于双黄连和恩诺沙星;同时可提高血清TP、GLO和GLU含量,维持血清ALB含量基本稳定,降低35日龄后鸡血清TC。

摘  要:
To study the effects of Robdosia serra(Maxim.) Hara on the growth performance and serum biochemical parameter of three-yellow chickens,210 one-day-old three-yellow chickens were divided randomly into 7 groups,and each grouphad 3 duplicate.GroupⅠwas given basal diet.The groupsⅡand Ⅲ were added 0.2% enrofloxacin and 1% Shuanghuanglian powder to the basal diet respectively.The groups Ⅳto Ⅶ were added 1%,2% and 4% Robdosia serra(Maxim.) Hara to basal diet respectively.After 49 days of feeding,the growth performance and serum biochemical parameter were determined.The results showed that,compared to the control group,added 2% Robdosia serra(Maxim.) Hara into the basal diet could remarkably increase the daily gain from 13.1% to 22.7%,and decrease the ratio of feed/gain from 8.1% to 14.2%,and the effect was better than Shuanghuanglian and enrofloxacin.2% Robdosia serra(Maxim.) Hara could also increase the content of serum total protien,globulin and glucose,maintain the content of serum albumin at a stable level,and decrease the content of serum total cholesterol of three-yellow chickens which were 35 days old.
