溪黄草水提物与抗菌药联用对大肠杆菌的体外抑制效果

摘  要:
为了评价溪黄草及其与抗菌药联用对细菌的体外抑制效果,通过试管二倍稀释法测定溪黄草等中药水提物与抗菌药对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)与最小杀菌浓度(MBC),并将溪黄草等中药水提物分别与抗菌药联合,测定联用后对大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果。结果表明,头孢曲松、强力霉素、诺氟沙星、硫酸黏菌素、阿莫西林与溪黄草联用后,明显增强了抗菌药对大肠杆菌的体外抑制效果,其中,头孢曲松、阿莫西林的用量为单药用量的1/8,溪黄草的用量为单药用量的1/64时即呈现抑菌效果;抗菌药与五味子、秦皮、乌梅、大青叶、黄芩、薄荷、金银花、板蓝根等中药联用对大肠杆菌的抑制大多数呈现协同效果;盐酸环丙沙星分别与溪黄草和薄荷联用后,体外抑菌效果变化不明显;乙酰甲喹分别与溪黄草和五味子联用后,体外抑菌效果均减弱。说明中药水提物与抗菌药联用可以增强其抗菌效力,也可能存在配伍禁忌,有些中药水提物与抗菌药配伍应用时可能使药物疗效降低,毒副作用增强。

摘  要:
The experiment was aimed to evaluate the antibacterial effects of Rabdosia serra Hara and its extract combined with antibiotics against Escherichia coli in vitro, the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidalconcentration(MBC) of aqueous extracts from Rabdosia serra Hara and other Chinese herbs were measured with test tube double dilution method. Moreover, the inhibitory effect of Rabdosia serra Hara and other Chinese herbs extract combined with antibiotics against Escherichia coli was determined in vitro. The results showed that the inhibitory effects were improved mostly when the Rabdosia serra Hara extract was combined with cefatriaxone, deoxytetracycline, norfloxacin, colistin sulfate and amoxicillin, respectively. Among them, 1/64 of the single dosage of Rabdosia serra Hara extract combined with 1/8 of the single dosage of cefatriaxone or amoxicillin could present obvious inhibitory effects against Escherichia coli. The inhibitory effects were improved mostly when the antibiotics was combined with Fructus Schisandra, Ash Bark, Dark Plum,Folium Isatidis, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Mentha Haplocalyx, Flos Loniceraet, Radix Isatidis, respectively. However, the inhibitory effects were improved not observably when ciprofloxacin was combined with Rabdosia serra Hara or Mentha Haplocalyx, the inhibitory effects were reduced observably when Maquindox was combined with Rabdosia serra Hara or Fructus Schisandra. Thus it can be seen the antibacterial effects can enhanced by combination of traditional Chinese herbs and antibiotics, but may also exist incompatibility to reduce the drug efficacy and enhance toxicity.
