溪黄草药材质量控制含量测定方法研究

摘  要:
目的:建立同时测定溪黄草药材中齐墩果酸、熊果酸含量的方法.方法:色谱柱为CAPCELL PAK C18MGⅡ(以十八烷基硅烷键和硅胶为填充柱),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.6%乙酸铵(67∶12∶21),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL.结果:齐墩果酸和熊果酸分别在5.066~50.664μg/mL,9.735~97.352μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.998);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<2.0%;平均回收率分别为99.78%(RSD=0.56%)和100.68%(RSD=0.67%).结论:该方法操作简单、重复性好、准确度高,可以用于溪黄草药材的质量控制.

摘  要:
Objective:To establish the method for simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in traditional Chinese medicine of Herba Rabdosiae Serrae. Methods:The chromatographic column was CAPCELL PAK C_(18) MG Ⅱ (with octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica as the packed column),and it was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0.6% ammonium acetate(67∶12∶21). The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm with the flow rate of 1 mL·min~(-1),the column temperature of 30 ℃ and the injection volume of 20 μL. Results:Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid exhibited satisfied linear relationship in the range of 5.066 ~50.664 μg·mL~(-1) and 9.735 ~97.352 μg·mL~(-1),respectively(r =0.998).Meanwhile,the RSD of precision,stability and repeatability were less than 2.0%. The average recovery rates were 99.78%(RSD =0.56%) and 100.68%(RSD =0.67%), respectively. Conclusion: The proposed method of HPLC was simple,reproducible and accurate,and can be applied for quality control of medicinal material of Herba Rabdosiae Serrae.
